The Arcade Fire has been the soundtrack to my life the past few weeks, and the way things are going I'm very pleased with that. The album is so overwhelming at times, I'm looking forward to 7 years from now, listening to it after finding it shoved in a shoe box in the back of my closet and feeling a wash of emotion...there's so much going on internally and having an external reflection makes it feel a little bit more okay.

I'm looking forward to lots of outdoorsiness in the next few months...I have three road trips planned and I want to start a Sunday hiking club through the summer. I'm tired of looking back at my life and having spent it on the couch in a basement apartment.
